These terms apply to shoppingmedic.com and the free store check, operated by Yexecute (yexecute.com) ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.
The store check reviews publicly visible information on an online store against our reading of Google Merchant Center policies and product data requirements, and reports possible issues. Reports are for information only. They are not legal advice.
Only Google decides whether products are approved or whether an account is reinstated. We cannot and do not guarantee any outcome from using Shopping Medic. Our checks can miss issues or flag things that turn out to be fine, and Google's policies change over time.
Only request checks for stores you own or are authorized to work on. Do not use the service to overload or attack websites, to submit requests in bulk by automated means, or for any unlawful purpose. We may limit or refuse requests to protect the service and the sites it visits.
You may use the reports we send you however you like. The website, software and report format remain ours.
The store check is free and may change, be limited or be discontinued at any time.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or advertising performance, arising from use of the service or reliance on a report.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator is established.
